Shipping & Returns

E- Commerce Cancellations and Returns Policy

You may cancel an order at any time before your shipment leaves the warehouse. To cancel or change your order, please call us at (253) 604-4351 or email us at customerservice@victorylaphobbies.com.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an item other than the one you ordered, etc.). If the return is due to customer error, we will deduct any shipping costs from the refund amount before processing it. 

You may return defective items within 30 days of delivery.  We will pay the standard return shipping costs. We will repair, replace, or refund at our option, depending upon the nature of the problem, practicality of repair, and the availability of repair parts or replacement item.  Complete race sets may not be returned due to defects.  However, we will gladly repair or replace defective components at no cost.  Items found to have failed due to damage during use, or due to misuse or modification may be repaired or replaced at customer's expense, including return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We currently provide free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Under normal circumstances, we will ship out all orders within 1 business day. If you experience any problems with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving them.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are both weight and dimension-based. The weight of any item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, weights will usually be rounded up to the next full pound. Please be aware that in some instances, we may need to upgrade your shipping method from USPS First Class Mail to USPS Priority Mail. You will not be charged an additional shipping charge in such situations. 


International Shipping


We are able to ship orders to many parts of the world, however we cannot ship to some regions due to unreliable shipping, persistent customs difficulties, or regional instability. There are also restrictions on some products, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please refer to the list of countries we can ship most items to below. Specific inquiries about your country or region are welcome. Please be aware that with any international shipment unforeseen delays can occur, including but not limited to customs delays. When shipping to locations outside the United States, some carriers provide better security for your package than others. Please contact us for information about more secure shipping options to your country or region.


We cannot and will not understate the value of items on customs declarations. We also will not identify a shipment as a gift, sample, or any other misrepresentation of its nature. Please do not ask us to do so. Thank you. 


At this time, we are able to ship to: Canada, The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Israel, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Japan, Iceland, Norway, Bahamas, Finland, Sweden, Belgium, and Singapore. This list is subject to change at any time. 


In-store Returns Policy


Within 30 days from date of purchase:


New, unused items in original packaging and in fully resalable condition may be returned with receipt for exchange or refund. Items that have been used and are found to have manufacturing defects may be returned with receipt for repair or replacement at our option. Complete race sets may not be returned however we will gladly repair or replace defective components.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on used items, items damaged during use, items without a sales receipt or after 30 days from purchase date.  Such items may be repaired, if they are repairable, at customer's expense.
